At Valmika, every product is handled with care because our products are spiritual, natural, and purpose-based. Many products are charged, purified, and energized by astrologers or spiritual experts before dispatch.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing your product.

Most Valmika products require an energisation process of approximately 2 to 3 working days by an astrologer or spiritual expert before they are shipped.

This process is important because the product may be charged or energized based on the customer’s purpose, requirement, or spiritual remedy.

Shipping Timeline

After the energisation process is completed, the product will be packed and shipped to the customer.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Courier partner availability.
Customer location.
Public holidays.
Weather conditions.
Local delivery restrictions.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Unexpected courier delays.

Delivery Location

We currently ship orders across serviceable locations in India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team may contact you for an alternate address or suitable resolution.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Valmika reserves the right to offer free shipping, paid shipping, or promotional shipping offers from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other available communication method.

Customers are requested to track their shipment and remain available to receive the delivery.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, phone not reachable, refusal of delivery, or any other customer-side issue, Valmika shall not be responsible for the delay or return of the shipment.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

For Cash on Delivery or Partial COD orders, Valmika reserves the right to cancel future COD availability for customers who refuse or fail to accept delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Natural Product Handling

Valmika sells 100% natural products such as Rudraksha, crystals, gemstones, bracelets, yantras, idols, and spiritual items.

Because these products are natural, slight differences in color, size, texture, shape, weight, or appearance may occur. Such natural differences are not considered damage or defects.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Valmika will make reasonable efforts to ship and deliver your order within the estimated timeline. However, we shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, festivals, government restrictions, technical issues, or any situation beyond our control.
