Because of the personalized and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept general returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been processed, charged, energized, packed, or shipped.

No Refund Policy
Valmika does not offer refunds for products once the order has been confirmed, processed, charged, energized, packed, or shipped.
This is because our products may be spiritually charged, energized, purified, or prepared for a specific individual based on their name, birth details, purpose, requirement, or selected remedy.
Once a product is energized for a customer, it cannot be resold, reused, or assigned to another person.
Therefore, refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind.
Wrong product ordered by the customer.
Incorrect size, purpose, or selection by the customer.
Delay caused by courier or logistics partner.
Personal expectations not being met.
Astrological, spiritual, emotional, financial, health, or relationship results not being experienced.
Products charged, energized, customized, or prepared for the customer.
Opened, used, worn, damaged, or altered products.
Return / Replacement Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
You received a wrong product.
You received a damaged product.
You received a defective product.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return / Replacement
To qualify for a return or replacement:
The product must be unused.
The product must be in its original condition.
The product must be returned with original packaging, invoice, tags, certificate, authenticity card, lab report, accessories, and any other items received with the order.
The product must not be worn, used, washed, broken, altered, damaged, or tampered with by the customer.
Clear photos and an unboxing video must be shared as proof of the issue.
Valmika reserves the right to reject a return or replacement request if the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, incomplete, or different from the product originally delivered.
Mandatory Proof Required
For wrong, damaged, or defective product claims, customers must share:
Order ID.
Full name and registered phone number.
Clear photos of the product.
Photo of the outer packaging.
Photo of the shipping label.
Unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.
Description of the issue.
Without proper proof, Valmika may not be able to approve the return or replacement request.

If your replacement request is approved, we will ship the replacement product after receiving and verifying the returned product.
The replacement timeline may vary depending on product availability, energization process, quality check, and courier timelines.
If the same product is unavailable, Valmika may offer a suitable replacement, store credit, or another resolution at its discretion.
Damaged Product During Delivery
If you receive a damaged product, please do not use it.
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video.
Once verified and approved, Valmika will arrange a replacement for the damaged product, subject to availability and successful verification.
Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange for the wrong product to be returned and the correct product to be shipped to you.
The wrong product must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original condition.
Missing Item Claims
If any item is missing from your order, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must share an unboxing video, photos of the package, invoice, and all items received.
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery or without proper proof may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or wrong:
Charged or energized products.
Products selected or prepared for a specific individual.
Customized bracelets, gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras, or remedies.
Products based on birth details, numerology, astrology, or personal purpose.
Opened, used, worn, washed, broken, or altered products.
Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
Products without original packaging, invoice, certificate, tag, or accessories.
Products purchased during sale, discount, clearance, or promotional offers, unless received damaged or wrong.
Natural Product Disclaimer
Valmika sells 100% natural products. Natural products may have variations in color, shape, size, texture, weight, shine, surface marks, beads, inclusions, or patterns.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography, or natural characteristics.
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted for natural variation, minor color difference, size variation, texture difference, or personal preference.
Quality and Authenticity
Valmika is committed to sourcing genuine, natural, and quality-checked products.
Where applicable, products may come with certification, lab reports, authenticity cards, or product-specific details. Such documents apply only to the specific product or batch provided.
While Valmika ensures quality and authenticity, we do not guarantee any specific spiritual, astrological, emotional, financial, health, relationship, or life outcome from the use of any product.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, charged, energized, customized, packed, or shipped.
If a cancellation request is made before processing begins, Valmika may approve or reject the request at its sole discretion.
For prepaid orders, any approved cancellation will be handled as per Valmika’s internal review and applicable policy.
Cash on Delivery / Partial COD
If Cash on Delivery or Partial COD is available, Valmika reserves the right to reject, verify, or cancel COD orders at its discretion.
For Partial COD orders, the advance amount paid may be non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after processing, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or does not accept the order.
Return Shipping
If the return or replacement is approved due to a wrong or damaged product, Valmika may arrange reverse pickup where service is available.
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship the product back to us.
Return shipping instructions will be shared only after approval from our team.
Final Decision
All return, replacement, and refund decisions will be made after verification by Valmika’s team.
Valmika reserves the right to reject any claim if:
The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
The product has been used, damaged, worn, or altered.
The customer fails to provide proper proof.
The issue is due to natural variation.
